The Hidden Symbolism in “Leave the World Behind”, a Disturbing Movie Produced by the Obamas

Produced by Barack and Michelle Obama, “Leave the World Behind” is about the complete collapse of America from within. And, through symbolism, the movie actually wants us to think that America deserves that collapse. Here’s a look at the movie and the disturbing messages it conceals.

Warning: Apocalyptic spoilers ahead!

Watching Leave the World Behind is a miserable experience. Like countless other viewers, it left me feeling anxious and slightly terrified. While I realize that thriller movies are supposed to cause anxiety, it is not the kind that provides a thrill and that ultimately makes one feel alive. Quite to the contrary, it only makes one feel dead inside. Because there is no fun or entertainment in this movie, just the gut feeling that “they” are trying to tell us something.

In many ways, Leave the World Behind reminded me of the movie Contagion which was about a pandemic spreading across the world. In my 2012 article about the movie, I wrote:

Most people watch movies to be entertained. Well, I for one can say that there was absolutely nothing entertaining about Contagion. In fact, the only difference between this movie and state-sponsored educational movies shown in schools is that you actually have to pay to be indoctrinated.

Eight years after that article, COVID happened the world followed the exact script laid out in Contagion.

Leave the World Behind is oddly similar to Contagion: It wants to expose the world to a script that could easily unfold in real life and … that’s about it. Because, otherwise, it barely qualifies as a movie. There is no real plot, no great character arc, and absolutely no resolution. Just an increasing feeling of dread as we watch highly unlikeable characters realize how powerless they are.

While we could just ignore this abrasive movie about total social collapse, there’s one fact about it that makes it worth our attention: It was produced by the former leaders of the free world, Barack and Michelle Obama.

And, judging by the messages that were interweaved into that movie, one can truly ask: What is wrong with them?

Directly Sponsored by the Elite

Leave the World Behind is the first movie executive produced by Barack and Michelle Obama through their Higher Grounds Productions company. The former President and First Lady of the United States did not merely fund the film from afar, they were personally involved in the making of it. In an interview with Vanity Fair, director Sam Esmail said:

“President Obama put Alam’s novel on his 2021 summer reading list, and would offer Esmail thoughts on the screenplay. The filmmaker essentially had access to one of the world’s most seasoned experts on managing a crisis. “In the original drafts of the script, I definitely pushed things a lot farther than they were in the film, and President Obama, having the experience he does have, was able to ground me a little bit on how things might unfold in reality,” Esmail says. “I am writing what I think is fiction, for the most part, I’m trying to keep it as true to life as possible, but I’m exaggerating and dramatizing. And to hear an ex-president say you’re off by a few details…I thought I was off by a lot! The fact that he said that scared the f*ck out of me.”

While this Vanity Fair article gushes about Obama’s input in the movie, a thorough look at the messages in it is a cause for concern.

I’ll just go ahead and say it: Those behind the movie do not seem to like America or the general public at all. Through symbolism, the movie tells us that the United States needs to pay for its sins. Also, its population is too dumb and brainwashed to do anything about it.

None of this should come as a surprise: The Obamas are tools of the occult elite. The dismantling of the United States from within and the demoralization of humanity as a whole is the main goal of the globalists they represent.

To put their insane vision on screen, the Obamas hired director Sam Esmail who has been specializing in elite-funded “entertainment”.

Before Leave the World Behind, Sam Esmail directed the series Homecoming. The blatant one-eye sign on these promo pics indicates that he works for the elite. The fact that he literally worked for the Obamas is yet another clue.

So what message are the Obamas trying to convey with Leave the World Behind? In the interview above, Esmail stated:

“It’s not really a message film, it’s more of a reflection on where we’re at as a society. But if there is a message, it’s a warning.”

Let’s look at this thing.

Leave the Fun Behind

Right from the start, viewers realize that they’re in for something toxic. A woman named Amanda Sandford (played by Julia Roberts) tells her husband that she’s sick of the world and that she wants to get away for a while. And, in one of the first shots of the movie, the viewers are hinted at the true nature of those behind it.

There are three sixes in this shot. From left to right: The white 6 on the mug, the big hand pointing to the number six on the clock, and, to the right, the number six on the other clock. The other digits on that last clock were conveniently hidden to make things more obvious.

If you think this is “reaching”, keep reading. You’ll soon understand that the movie encourages viewers to pay attention to details in the sets as they are often embedded with symbolic details.

After this salute to the satanic elite, Amanda looks outside the window and utters the elite’s motto.

She’s probably a fan of the elite’s depopulation agenda.

Cue the opening credits – a sequence of images that could be mistaken for the beginning of an anti-American propaganda movie.

Upside-down American flags represent the fall of the United States as a nation.

Upside down Statues of Liberty represent the fall of liberty and American values in general.

After the anti-American imagery seen above, we are reminded that this movie was produced by Barack and Michelle Obama. I don’t think they’re on our side, guys.

Then, a big one-seeing eye reminds us that this is an occult elite production.

The opening credits sum up the entire message of the movie: The elite wants to destroy America from within because it wants a world government. But, sadly, there’s still like two hours of movie left. And we’re going spend all of it listening to a very limited number of characters talk about how they don’t know what’s going on.

The movie is all about conveying a sense of isolation, combined with an acute case of cabin fever, as nearly all of it takes place inside a house where people are slowly losing it. The house is so important that it can be considered as a character in the movie.

Do you remember when the elite had everyone locked inside their homes and terrified by media during COVID? You better believe they want that to happen again. This movie brings us right back to this sick mindset.

Shortly after arriving at the house, the Sandfords discover that there’s something wrong happening in the country.

A CNN report about major power outages in the US.

Faced with an unfolding crisis, one would expect the man of the house and the head of the family to take charge of the situation. That’s not what happens.

Useless Man

This character perfectly sums himself up in five words.

The head of the family is named Clay. As you might know, clay is also an earthy material that can be molded to any shape while wet. Well, our man Clay has been molded by modern society to be weak, panicky, and utterly useless when faced with a crisis. At one point he says:

“I have no idea what I’m supposed to do right now. I can barely do anything without my cellphone and my GPS. I’m a useless man.”

During the first part of the movie, Clay wears a Bikini Kill t-shirt. Characters in the movie often wear symbolic garments.

Bikini Kill is a feminist punk rock band. It pioneered the riot grrrl movement which championed themes such as patriarchy, classism, anarchism, and female empowerment. The fact that Clay – a man – wears this t-shirt perfectly symbolizes that he’s been emasculated. He’s a product of years of social indoctrination that ultimately led him to identify with a feminist band.

While Clay is a product of media indoctrination, he also “specializes” in it: He is a professor of media studies at a city college. At one point, he describes a book that was written by one of his students which happens to describe the movie Leave the World Behind as a whole.

“Her second book is like an exploration of how media serves as both an escape and a reflection, which is a contradiction she manages to reconcile”.

While Leave the World Behind is supposed to be an “escape”, it is also a reflection of the elite’s worldview.

As the drama unfolds, Clay gradually starts the hate his weak nature.

At one point, a Spanish-speaking lady urges Clay to help her as she’s seen some scary things happen around her. Instead of being a good feminist and helping a fellow woman, Clay drives away while realizing that he’s just a big coward.

Lost Children

In this shot, the shirts of the kids say “Obey NASA”. Is this a subliminal message of some sort? And why NASA? As we’ll soon see, the movie contains lots of shots from space involving satellites and celestial bodies.

Rose is the 13-year-old daughter of the useless man and the angry woman. She is a product of a generation that was pacified with phones and tablets.

Rose is obsessed with the show Friends. That’s pretty much all she talks about during the entire movie.

One can assume that Rose spent COVID years at home, attending Zoom classes and staring at screens for the rest of her free time. Faced with the anxieties of the outside world, Rose (like countless other kids around the world) has learned to cope by escaping through screens and watching fictional characters live their lives … while she doesn’t.

When the internet connection goes down, she’s nothing less than devastated. At that point, her only goal in life is to watch the last episode of Friends titled “The Last One”. Considering the fact that Matthew Perry died in mysterious circumstances shortly before the release of the movie, the multiple references to Friends are quite eerie.

Archie is a typical 16-year-old boy who’s a jerk to his sister and is obsessed with girls.

Archie takes pics of Ruth wearing a bikini.

At one point we see Archie pleasuring himself while looking at the pics he took. One can assume that he was trying to find a replacement for porn – another form of screen addiction – he used to consume before the internet went down.

The Elite Connection

G.H. Scott is the owner of the house and he’s rich and connected. His daughter Ruth is kind of … ruthless.

The Scotts drop in on the Sandfords (who are renting their house) to seek refuge from the unfolding chaos. Even though they’ve arrived in an expensive car and are dressed extra classy, Amanda Sandford says:

“This doesn’t really seem like their house”.

At this moment there’s an element of racial tension introduced in the movie that only amplifies as it evolves.

Later, Ruth tells her father:

“I’m asking for you to remember that, if the world falls apart, trust should not be doled out easily to anyone, especially white people.”

Her father agrees with her … and the Obamas too. Because seeing the country divided is good for their agenda.

The Scotts sleep in the house’s basement – a space that contains several symbolic items. The most striking one is the frame above their bed which is prominently shown on several occasions throughout the movie.

The poster above the bed is titled United States of Attica (1971) by painter and activist Faith Ringgold. This red, black, and green poster depicts a map of the United States on which are noted indigenous, slave, and immigrant uprisings and other acts of violence that occurred within each state since the late 1700s.

This poster is highly symbolic for several reasons. First, it visually depicts an America that is divided while portraying it as an intrinsically evil nation that was built on violence and oppression. As we’ll soon see, an important aspect of Leave the World Behind is that America deserves what is happening to it.

Another important fact: Faith Ringgold was highly supported by the elite. David D. Rockefeller himself bought her painting Black Light Series #10 … until he realized that the words “DIE N*GGER” were embedded in her distorted version of the American flag. Instead, he purchased another painting of hers.

Here’s an excerpt of David D. Rockefeller’s memoirs which is highly relevant to the general context of this movie.

“Some believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
-David Rockefeller, “Memoirs of David Rockefeller”

Make no mistake: The occult elite is not on the side of black people. At all. But they like to use influential black people who can serve their agenda. They especially love those who stoke hatred and division while promoting resentment against America. To make sure their views are amplified, they are generously funded by the elite and given maximum exposure. That is how one breaks down a country from within.

Appropriately enough, the Obamas represent exactly that. They were brought to power by powerful elite families and remain highly influential to this day. Their works are generously funded by the elite to perpetuate and exacerbate racial division within the United States. Why? Because, as we’ve seen above, the “secret cabal” is working against the best interests of the United States.

In the movie, G.H. Scott literally says that one of his clients goes to an “annual meeting with the rest of the evil cabal that secretly runs the world”. However, he adds that there’s no “conspiracy of shadowy people running the world”. That’s exactly what a conspiracy of shadowy people would want us to think.

Scott also added that he knew that a disaster was coming because the markets moved before the events – hinting that some people had a heads-up. The same thing happened before 9/11 and COVID. They’re telling you how they operate.

The Attack

On numerous occasions, we see shots from space such as this “Earth eclipse” as seen from the moon (including a dirty American flag). This shot gives the attack an otherworldly dimension.

The entire movie documents a “rogue attack” on the United States. At one point, G.H. Scott describes the three stages to topple any country’s government from within. It’s a script.

“The first stage is isolation. Disable their communication and transportation. Make the targets as deaf, dumb and paralyzed as possible, setting them up for the second stage”.

Without phones, TVs, and the internet, the characters in the movie are rendered completely lost, confused, and useless. While technology makes life easier, depending on it makes people extremely vulnerable.

Self-driving electric cars can easily be hacked and controlled remotely. In the movie, Teslas were used to block major roadways, causing the population to be completely isolated. My tip of the day: Keep your good old-fashioned gas car that cannot drive itself.

The second stage is synchronized chaos.

“Terrorize them with covert attacks and misinformation, overwhelming their defense capabilities, leaving their weapon systems vulnerable to extremists and their own military. Without a clear enemy or motive, people would start turning against each other”.

In the movie, a representative of “urban” America faces the stereotypical redneck under an American flag: A nation divided.

Drones drop leaflets across the country. Some are in Arabic while others are said to be in Russian or Korean. It is all disinformation, causing people to not even know who is attacking them. The potential truth: It’s all coming from the elite.

On several occasions, people are paralyzed by a loud noise.

The redneck prepper played by Kevin Bacon says:

“It’s not all that dissimilar to what happened in Cuba a while back. Microwave weapons, they call it, produces a kind of radiation that can be beamed out through sound. Some people lost their teeth there too.”

In 2018, I posted actual US government files about “remote mind control”. This stuff is real and they want us to know it.

An actual government file about the effects of psycho-electric weapons on the human body.

Archie – who represents the future men of America – becomes sick and loses his teeth due to the attacks. Like his father, he is rendered useless.

Scott then describes the third stage:

“If done successfully, the third stage would happen on its own. Coup d’etat. Civil war. Collapse”.

If this movie was made in the 1990s, Will Smith would have hopped on an F-18 fighter jet and he would have saved America. Then, people would have cheered under a giant American flag and the credits would have rolled to a Matchbox Twenty song. But this is 2023. Nobody is saving America. The elite wants to demoralize and pre-program the world. Even worse, the movie wants us to think that America had it coming.

America Deserved It

The most terrifying aspect of the movie is that it reveals the core philosophy of the Obamas and the entire system they represent. Through symbolism, the movie makes one message clear: America deserves it.

The Sanfords witness an oil tanker crashing on the beach. The name of the ship – White Lion – is highly symbolic.

The White Lion was an English privateer operating under a Dutch letter of marque which brought the first Africans to the English colony of Virginia in 1619, a year before the arrival of the Mayflower in New England. Though the African captives were sold as indentured servants, the event is regarded as the start of African slavery in the colonial history of the United States.

So the White Lion was the first ship that brought slaves to America. It happened in 1619 and marked the beginning of the country’s sinful history. There are other hints to this fateful year in the movie.

For several seconds, the camera focuses on a car radio while we hear talks about “the fallout of an ongoing cyberattack and catastrophic environmental disaster in the South impacting animal migration patterns”. The fact that the radio station is exactly 1619 might imply that these awful events are retribution for what happened in the past.

At one point, Amanda Sandford goes on a diatribe about how America is bad (instead of looking for her missing child).

“We f*ck every living thing on this planet over and think it’ll be fine because we use paper straws and order free range chicken. And the sick thing is, I think deep down we know we’re not fooling anyone. I think we know we’re living a lie. An agreed upon mass delusion to help us ignore and keep ignoring how awful we really are.”

Throughout the movie, deer stare creepily at people. These usually friendly creatures have turned aggressive against humans. Nature has turned against a society that has been destroying it.

In short, Amanda almost welcomes the disasters because she thinks humanity is awful. And that’s exactly what the elite wants us to think.

Throughout the movie, we are reminded that America engaged in the slave trade, destroyed the environment, and made multiple enemies across the world through wars. Therefore, it needs to die and become part of a world government. You know what’s funny? These bad things were all committed by the elites of the time. And now these things are used to justify the downfall of the United States.

The collapse of America can now easily become a reality because so many US citizens have been conditioned to hate their own country and welcome its downfall. Furthermore, they are easily manipulated because they have no core values or institutions. Even their family unit has broken down.

Breaking Down the Family

Faced with adversity, the characters of the movie do not exactly come together and rise to the challenge. Instead of, like, doing something heroic (that’s what usually happens in disaster movies) our protagonists just get impaired and wallow in their basest instincts. This is what they want for us.

Clay smokes weed with Ruth and engages in semi-flirty conversation.

In the cringest scene of 2023, Amanda and G.H. get drunk and dance to Next’s Too Close.

Then, the two literally get “too close”. Apparently, it only takes a couple of hours and some wine for them to be tempted by adultery and potentially destroy their family.

Meanwhile, Rose takes a bike and leaves the family altogether.

Rose parked her bike in front of a large luxurious house. The movie keeps telling us that only the very rich will survive the cataclysm.

Inside this house, Rose discovers a massive underground bunker that contains everything one needs to survive for months. Even better, she finds a huge DVD collection which includes … Friends.

The movie ends with Rose basking in the glow of a TV screen, escaping reality and living her life through mass media. This is what they want for us.

Then, the credits roll to the Friends theme song which, ironically, describes the relationship between Rose and mass media.

So no one told you life was going to be this way.
Your job’s a joke, you’re broke, your love life’s DOA.
It’s like you’re always stuck in second gear,
When it hasn’t been your day, your week, your month, or even your year.

But, I’ll be there for you, when the rain starts to pour.
I’ll be there for you, like I’ve been there before.
I’ll be there for you, cause you’re there for me too.

In Conclusion

Leave the World Behind was made with the input of some of the most powerful people in the world and it shows. It is not entertainment, it is indoctrination. It is predictive programming where a script is presented to the public so it can more easily be accepted when the time comes. On a deeper level, the movie is a way of releasing the elite of its “karmic duties” as they believe that they need to warn the public of their evil deeds before they happen. That way, instead of being victims, people are willing participants, thus freeing those behind it from karmic retribution. If this sounds crazy to you, well, I don’t blame you. These people are crazy and we’re living in crazy times.

Some might say that this is just a dumb movie and that we shouldn’t read too much into it. I hope they’re right. But Mark Zuckerberg appears to think otherwise.

No matter what the case may be, the movie is already accomplishing a major goal of the elite: To frighten and demoralize the masses. Thanks Obama!
