A few months later, most people forgot about the issue yet the invasive, police-state style tactics continue. Hmm, I agree that because they're officials then people think that it must be 'okay', but I think that it is important to remember that the people are just doing their jobs; it's all down to the Government and those with power. Nevertheless, interesting interpretation and carry on the good work vc

The next time you get on a plane maybe you should think about the fact that without them you could find yourself in a scary situation. NO they do not touch your kids because they enjoy it!! Apologies in advance for the verboseness of this post but THIS is a True American Hero in my book. His letter is from November but it applies today, even more so, seems a few of you need to be reminded.

I want to share with all of you on this site what I have been and am doing to defeat these Satan worshiping Nazi’s, and I want each of you to know something (which most of you do); this TSA issue is THE ISSUE for our Republic; this is their beachhead, this is their D-Day, and if we allow them to win here, then it is over, and you can throw our Constitution and Bill of Rights out the window. I have traveled the world and have lived in and traveled throughout the CIS States (former Soviet Union) since 1996; I lived in Kiev, Ukraine for two years and my wife is from the Communist Dictatorship known as Belarus. I am quite well familiar with the tactics of tyranny, and as AJ has been warning people for quite some time, our descent into full scale tyranny is posed to accelerate into the abyss should we allow them to defeat us with the TSA.
Now, as a film/television producer/director, I travel at least 5,000 – 10,000 miles per month, flying at least 4 times per month. I am also a veteran of the US Army and a Marine. I am also a Born Again Christian and a staunch defender of our Constitution and Bill of Rights- I want my 4 yo daughter to live in liberty, and I am willing to pay the ultimate price to that end.
Earlier this year I began handing out pocket copies of our Constitution and Bill of Rights to police, TSA workers, airline employees, flight attendants, military personnel and all people in between as I travel through airports across the country. I also had a special travel t-shirt printed up that says on the front “Obama (with a sickle and hammer) Is An Enemy Of The Constitution”, and on the back of the shirt, it says, “To the men and women of our armed forces, do not obey unconstitutional orders.” I have been wearing this shirt through the airports for the past year or longer.
I have also never submitted to a full body scanner nor an enhanced pat down, and never will.
Yesterday I was flying through Denver en route back to Charlotte, NC, and, knowing that the Denver TSA are very militant, and not wanting to have to resort to violence if someone tried to grab my package, I decided, or I think the LORD gave me the wisdom, to try a different approach. I confess I was in turmoil about this, as I know that it is not in my DNA to submit to tyranny, and I will go into auto-fight mode when confronted with it face to face. So, after my production gig Tuesday, I had my cameraman take me to a sporting goods store before dropping me off at my hotel, and I purchased a pair of speedos and a skin tight tank top to serve as my official TSA wardrobe for the remainder of my flights until such time as we defeat TSA.
Due to the 26 degree weather, I wore my TSA outfit under my warmer clothes from the hotel to the airport. Once at the airport I went to the nearest restroom and stripped down to my speedos and tank. I then proceeded to the long TSA line to await my turn. While standing there I began, as always, to educate the people around me as to the true purpose behind TSA and that this has nothing to do with security, but everything to do with personal liberty and our 4th Amendment. While talking to the couple in front of me, of all the places and days, Jesus decided to handle things His way, and He has a journalist for the Denver Post approach the couple in front of me; at first he (Jeffrey) did not even notice me. He asked the couple in front of me if they had given any thought to the TSA controversy and if they would want to speak with him about it for a story he was doing. They looked at me with amazement and told the reporter he needed to “talk to the guy standing behind us.” So the reporter then took a look at me and asked if my attire had anything to do with TSA – I told him it was specifically as a peaceful protest against their assault on the 4th Amendment. Here is something I found to be quite amazing coming from a journalist with a notoriously liberal pub like the Denver Post – he is on our side, a Constitutionalist, and he revealed some thing to me about TSA as an insider.
So, the reporter asked me to do a photo shoot with his photog as my mobile boarding pass would not work and I had to walk all the way back to the ticket counter to get a paper boarding pass. So I did the photo shoot (I guess its better for all of you that they did not publish my picture), and the reporter walked me to the ticket counter continuing his interview with me. The American Airlines woman at the ticket counter liked my outfit and what I was doing, but she too had no idea about the little girl they molested, and she was rightfully outraged when I told her – she then applauded me when I left the counter. I am nothing special, I am just a citizen that won’t sit down and shut up. The Denver Post journalist agreed completely that TSA is not about security, but is about tyranny and the destruction of our Constitution and personal liberty. He also told me that he has had conversations with TSA and they have admitted to him that they are only giving us the illusion of having an option to the scanner as a pretext for conditioning the public before they make them mandatory for travel. I am sure they will also do the same thing for buses and trains once they’ve defeated us at the airports.
So, as we’re walking and talking, he informs me that he will escort me back to the TSA checkpoint and stand there to observe how they treat me, knowing that they would probably leave me alone. I ended up finding a line that only had the metal detector and went through there with no encounters. Oh, before I forget, I was speaking to a dark skinned woman and her 9 yo son behind me in line, and I told her about the 3 yo girl that got molested by TSA and I asked her if she was going to let them do the same same to her son-she became scared, and I told her to stand on the 4th Amendment, and not give into tyranny. She has an epiphany yesterday morning as she realized what all of this is about – her light went on.
So, after I make it through TSA, I go the mens room to put my long pants back on, to spare the eyes of those in the airport, and an American man of about 60 yo asks me if i am dressed in my speedos because of what is going on with TSA? I told him it was my peaceful protest because of their tyranny and violation of our Constitution – this man had tears well up in his eyes as he said, “thank you, for standing up for all of us.” I was almost speechless, but told him we need to all stand up if we want our kids to live in liberty, and I told him we cannot remain peaceful if this continues for much longer.
I got changed into my cargo pants, and put on my “Obama Is An Enemy Of The Constitution” t-shirt, and went to get a bite to eat. A man from the bar approached me, a big guy, and asked to read the back of my shirt. He then put out his hand and shook mine, saying, “thank you for having the courage to wear that shirt.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! We are now at a place in this country where grown men are afraid to wear a certain T-SHIRT!!! That my friends, is a horrifying reality, and that my fellow Americans, is what happens when people start to succumb to tyranny, and start to throw in the towel and give in to defeat.
I WILL NOT GIVE IN!! As long as Christ gives me breath, I will fight for liberty in person, and in Spirit.
After my lunch, I went to the flight attendant at the gate to get a different seat assignment, and for some reason, perhaps because of my anti-Obama t-shirt, the flight attendant at the gate asked me something that floored me as she was checking on a new seat for me; she asked, “are you the speedo’s guy?”
So, that’s my account of yesterday, and a sample of what I am doing to fight, and inspire others to do the same, and if this does not work, and if the tyranny does not recede, then it will come time for the sons and daughters of liberty to take things to the next level. May Christ give us that which we do not deserve, a reprieve from tyranny, and leaders that fear Him, and love personal liberty.
As for the future of my travels, I will now purchase a speedo printed with the American flag, and continue to wear it for all of my flights until the TSA is gone. I will also be picketing at the Charlotte airport next Wednesday, and will continue to call my Senators and Congressmen/women demanding the demise of the TSA, and handing out the Constitution, confronting our soldiers about the illegal wars their fighting, and encouraging them and police officers to read and fight for the Constitution, and arrest the TSA goons for molestation. I am also calling the DA here in NC, and encouraging him to follow the CA DA’s lead. In addition, I will call my Sheriff today, and encourage him to go to the airport and arrest any TSA goons that molest Americans without a search warrant issues by a judge.
So, I guess you can call me Speedo’s Guy.
Let Christ reign supreme in all hearts and minds for true Freedom and Liberty to prevail, and otherwise, may our Constitution prevail to the defeat of the Luciferians that are seeking to enslave us all.

In response to the comment about the speedos guy, I thought it interesting to note that, although I have basically decided to boycott airlines and not fly, I also decided that if I should have no other choice but to travel by plane, I would dress in basically the skimpiest, skin tight clothing I could get away with…so as to make a point that I will not be intimidated, that there's no reason to touch me, I have nothing to hide, and if they are so desperate to grope us, we may as well act like nudists to keep their grubby little paws off of us. Also, no point scanning us to see what we are hiding if there is no where to hide anything except for body cavities. Seriously, ppl, if you fly, dress in skin tights, spandex, whatever will render their search procedures useless, and provoke them to demand cavity searches, because when they start doing that as standard procedure, no brainwashed human will give in without a fight, and the TSA will get washed down the drain by the swarm of people refusing to stand for their crap!!!

It's a system with no winners. The it's not easy for the TSA worker either and you can tell she is uncomfortable with it, but is required to do her job because she is being watched as well. It is the system you should judge and not the worker in this case and right now although invasive it is still harmless- Hopefully the system takes a halt here and does not slide down the slippery slope any further, until it does I am not going to judge.

I did read the previous comments. Your a little too extreme at this point in time to cry Nazi's, it's too much of an alarmist. It is that kind of talk that loses credibility and scares people away from the very point your trying to make. The arguements at this stage of the game still need to be to question, educate, and to persuade at this point in the game. Vigilant is the word.
There still needs to be some balance before people start bashing all TSA agents, and start with the harsh criticisms and judgements. If and when there roles and responsibilites expand then that is the time judge, but at this point they are just at the line and they are us.
The Constitutional battle is what should be raised and calling law enforcement on TSA if and when they are in violation. I also like the tactics of Jeffrey Gator Henry, aka, Intrepid that Sarah Connor posted. The TSA is walking a very fine line, but to jump the gun and start screaming Nazi's too early will undermine the call to rise up when people have been desinsitized by the call of wolf too many times for too long.
So this is how adults get their "kicks" these days. Saw a TSA dude on a motorcycle not too long ago. he was at a red light right next to me and my husband. Wearing his TSA jacket proudly. We live right by the DFW airport. Coulda ran him over. I know not all of them are bad. But as the saying goes, "One bad apple spoils the whole bunch." And boy oh boy is that bunch rotten!

It would not be the first time a terrorist has strapped things like a bomb to a child. There has to be some method to screen children if they are going to fly. I am not saying the method they used is proper, but some method does have to be in place.

You are more likely to die from a bee sting than from a terrorist attack. People should refuse the body scan and the body search. Who wants to have their body radiated every time they fly? THE ABOVE IS CORRECT ABOUT THE CHRISTMAS DAY BOMBER BEING A PLOT TO INSTILL THESE SCANNERS IN THE AIRPORT IN THE FIRST PLACE. THAT LAWYER AND HIS WIFE WERE ON THE NEWS TALKING ABOUT HOW THE ATTENDANT AT THE GATE DID NOT WANT TO ALLOW HIM TO BOARD BECAUSE HE HAD NO PASSPORT AND AN AMERICAN WHO APPEARED TO BE AN AGENT CAME OUT AND TALKED WITH THE ATTENDANT AND THEN A SUPERVISOR TO MAKE SURE HE GOT ON THAT PLANE. IT WAS ALL A SET UP SO THEY COULD PUT THESE SCANNERS INTO PLAY. SO THIS SECURITY ARGUMENT IS A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT AND THAT IS WHY I REFUSE TO GO ON A PLANE, PERIOD. THEY CANT GET A CENT OF MY MONEY UNTIL THEM SCANNERS ARE TAKING OUT OF THE AIRPORT AND THEY STOP GROUPING US AS WELL. This made me extremely uncomfortable to watch. But it is compartmentalized so that the TSA agent simply feels that he or she is doing his or her job. They don't want to grope children, but do it enough times and it becomes normal to you. Like EMT workers typically don't want to see the aftermaths of car crashes, but they become used to it. Put on top of that the continuous statements of this being for the greater good, and I can't hate these people. As for boycotting these actions, I am thinking whether I have the fortitude to do so. I am going to get married and going on my honeymoon next week. If they start to frisk my wife and/or myself, will I stand up for what I believe and risk being on a no fly list and missing my already paid honeymoon. I have family from outside of the country, will I refuse to fly if a family member is dying? I think a lot of people have these conundrums. I'm going to think seriously about this.

Ok, this isn't right. Okay. But, if it's happening, . . . then it's reality. Since children are the MOST innocent among us, parents please prepare them by telling them what's up BEFORE you step foot into the airport. Prepare them (ahead of time). Let's try to MINIMIZE the (potential) trauma. Say something like, "They need to check people before they go on the plane. We may be checked separately but it will only take a few minutes and we will be back together again."
It may not be right for this to be going on at the airports but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do everything possible to protect the children by preparing them. Isn't that better than not saying anything at all to them?
Ugh! I just read that her parents said that she cried afterwards because she thought that she had done something wrong. That SUCKS! If only her parents had prepared her beforehand with a 2-minute talk, her feeling like that could have been avoided alltogether. Poor little girl

Any way to get out of these illegal searches? I'm traveling this summer and really don't feel like cussing people out or getting arrested for these child molestors violating my rights. They are not worth it. I can silently protest with those undergarments that the TSA agents can see and wear all the message t-shirts I want.. but that's not an exemption to getting felt up by random strangers… Any advice? I think if you go through the scanner then you don't have to be "felt up". I'd look it up first though not sure if thats changed.

Call me crazy but in Miley's case I'd go even further: I think she may have a double or a clone. I examined very carefully her features in hundreds of pictures and I noticed she has two distinct looks: one when she's her vulgar self displaying a broad and slightly bloated face, prominent lips and what seems to be the beginning of a double chin and another one slightly slimmer, smaller, narrower faced and more childish/innocent looking. The second one never talks, only poses for pictures. There are clear physical differences between the two, it is not only a different personality. Maybe I'm wrong.. but…

Honestly, in both videos, i didn't see anything wrong. In the first the child was simply being patted down. The mother was in view of the child the whole time and the child WAS NOT BEING MOLESTED. In the 2nd video, i felt that the lady could have handled the situation differently, but she wasn't being molested either!!!

Ok the woman clearly had the mother stand in positions where she could see where her hands where going around the child. And she didn't 'grope' anything. She didn't grab the child and 'feel her up'. People who see more than there actually is, are sick and perverse. Kids are used everyday as drug mules and even worse things, so they have a right to carry out that search. Even kids could be given explosives. If there was a case like a plane blew up because a child was carrying an explosive, everyone would be in uproar, that the people at the airport were not doing there work. Yet when they actually do their work, they are 'groping' kids. And no I don't work for the TSA and I'm not 'blind', but I live in the real world where stuff could happen anytime. And to be fair, they should do background checks on employees before hiring and have proper training for them.
I think it is a bit ironic and hypocritical that there are so many of you good ol Bible thumping conservatives who are horrified over the TSA worker lightly running the back of her hand over the kids, but you are the same types who also loudly advocate for school teachers smacking kids on their buttocks as discipline. That is more perverted in my opinion. Especially when it is a male teacher and a pre-teen or teenage girl.
That being said, I fly a lot for work and hate the nonsense we go through as much as anyone else. I just don't think it is reasonable to label these minimum wage workers as a bunch of child molesters.

A metal detector and x-ray machine should be enough – putting ones hands down another's pants and/or grabbing their privates is humiliating and unnecessary. Remember – 9/11 was 10 years ago – this loonacy just started this past year. Why the wait?

That reminds me , I had to travel back in February of 2011 , I left El Paso Texas Airport and They did put me & My 5 yr old daughter through the scanner and made us form a pyramid on top of our heads with our hands, it made me sick to see them do that to my lil girl. i wanted to cry, all I could think of was why? they made us do the pyramid hand gesture on top of our heads? Still boggles my mind to be honest!
Some of you fail to realize that terrorist organizations will always feed off our insecurities. What does that mean? They will utilize children, the elderly, pregnant women, the mentally disabled, the physically handicapped. Just because from the morals you were brought up with say all these people should be treated with respect and compassion, that these children and groups are harmless, that they shouldn't be a threat, is exactly what makes them valuable pawns in the terror game. Element of surprise… They hope that if they use some sad looking guy with a prosthetic leg that they can make you feel compassionate or uncomfortable enough that you'll slack out on the proper screening of the individual… Throw in maybe a bad attitude and a passenger giving you a sob story on that they are late to the flight and need to make it to their dads funeral and you might have just allowed an explosive device though… Let's not kid ourselves. There are people that hate Americans more than you hate TSA and they don't just sit here and complain on a blog. They are planning their next attack, and that next attack might be the one that kills you or someone you know.
I cringe everytime they make us send a kid through a full body scanner. At first I refused to do so and then I was pulled aside by higher ups and told I could lose my job. We dont enjoy patting anyone down and those of us with brains dont get certified in using the full body scanner so we dont have to be subjected to the 8 hours a day of back scatter. We are mandated to do these things or were out. We need jobs, i hate it but this is the way it is.
I can't believe that someone felt like they needed to pat down a child. That's so stupid. If someone's going to bring a bomb or a weapon on a plane, its not going to be strapped to a child. If it was, it wouldn't be without it being at the very least extremely obvious!
I grieve for the innocence of America's children. I grieve for America that can not discern what is indecent and decent.
