“Sir, if you want to fly to Chicago, I’ll need to touch your genitals”.
On April 2nd, the US Supreme Court ruled that jails do not violate privacy rights by routinely strip-searching everyone, even those arrested on minor traffic offences. This decision is part of a disturbing trend in US law enforcement practices: The addition of a sexual humiliation component to them – a component that was found in the most oppressive police states in History. Due to its powerful psychological effect on people, sexual humiliation is currently used in places where physical and psychological torture is tolerated such as Guantanamo Bay and now, this technique is becoming increasingly tolerated on civilians. Here’s a great article on the spread of this disturbing trend in America.
How the US uses sexual humiliation as a political tool to control the masses
Believe me, you don’t want the state having the power to strip your clothes off. And yet, it’s exactly what is happening
In a five-four ruling this week, the supreme court decided that anyone can be strip-searched upon arrest for any offense, however minor, at any time. This horror show ruling joins two recent horror show laws: the NDAA, which lets anyone be arrested forever at any time, and HR 347, the “trespass bill”, which gives you a 10-year sentence for protesting anywhere near someone with secret service protection. These criminalizations of being human follow, of course, the mini-uprising of the Occupy movement.
Is American strip-searching benign? The man who had brought the initial suit, Albert Florence, described having been told to “turn around. Squat and cough. Spread your cheeks.” He said he felt humiliated: “It made me feel like less of a man.”
In surreal reasoning, justice Anthony Kennedy explained that this ruling is necessary because the 9/11 bomber could have been stopped for speeding. How would strip searching him have prevented the attack? Did justice Kennedy imagine that plans to blow up the twin towers had been concealed in a body cavity? In still more bizarre non-logic, his and the other justices’ decision rests on concerns about weapons and contraband in prison systems. But people under arrest – that is, who are not yet convicted – haven’t been introduced into a prison population.
Our surveillance state shown considerable determination to intrude on citizens sexually. There’s the sexual abuse of prisoners at Bagram – der Spiegel reports that “former inmates report incidents of … various forms of sexual humiliation. In some cases, an interrogator would place his penis along the face of the detainee while he was being questioned. Other inmates were raped with sticks or threatened with anal sex”. There was the stripping of Bradley Manning is solitary confinement. And there’s the policy set up after the story of the “underwear bomber” to grope US travelers genitally or else force them to go through a machine – made by a company, Rapiscan, owned by terror profiteer and former DHA czar Michael Chertoff – with images so vivid that it has been called the “pornoscanner”.
Believe me: you don’t want the state having the power to strip your clothes off. History shows that the use of forced nudity by a state that is descending into fascism is powerfully effective in controlling and subduing populations.
The political use of forced nudity by anti-democratic regimes is long established. Forcing people to undress is the first step in breaking down their sense of individuality and dignity and reinforcing their powerlessness. Enslaved women were sold naked on the blocks in the American south, and adolescent male slaves served young white ladies at table in the south, while they themselves were naked: their invisible humiliation was a trope for their emasculation. Jewish prisoners herded into concentration camps were stripped of clothing and photographed naked, as iconic images of that Holocaust reiterated.
One of the most terrifying moments for me when I visited Guantanamo prison in 2009 was seeing the way the architecture of the building positioned glass-fronted shower cubicles facing intentionally right into the central atrium – where young female guards stood watch over the forced nakedness of Muslim prisoners, who had no way to conceal themselves. Laws and rulings such as this are clearly designed to bring the conditions of Guantanamo, and abusive detention, home.
I have watched male police and TSA members standing by side by side salaciously observing women as they have been “patted down” in airports. I have experienced the weirdly phrased, sexually perverse intrusiveness of the state during an airport “pat-down”, which is always phrased in the words of a steamy paperback (“do you have any sensitive areas? … I will use the back of my hands under your breasts …”). One of my Facebook commentators suggested, I think plausibly, that more women are about to be found liable for arrest for petty reasons (scarily enough, the TSA is advertising for more female officers).
I interviewed the equivalent of TSA workers in Britain and found that the genital groping that is obligatory in the US is illegal in Britain. I believe that the genital groping policy in America, too, is designed to psychologically habituate US citizens to a condition in which they are demeaned and sexually intruded upon by the state – at any moment.
The most terrifying phrase of all in the decision is justice Kennedy’s striking use of the term “detainees” for “United States citizens under arrest”. Some members of Occupy who were arrested in Los Angeles also reported having been referred to by police as such. Justice Kennedy’s new use of what looks like a deliberate activation of that phrase is illuminating.
Ten years of association have given “detainee” the synonymous meaning in America as those to whom no rights apply – especially in prison. It has been long in use in America, habituating us to link it with a condition in which random Muslims far away may be stripped by the American state of any rights. Now the term – with its associations of “those to whom anything may be done” – is being deployed systematically in the direction of … any old American citizen.
Where are we headed? Why? These recent laws criminalizing protest, and giving local police – who, recall, are now infused with DHS money, military hardware and personnel – powers to terrify and traumatise people who have not gone through due process or trial, are being set up to work in concert with a see-all-all-the-time surveillance state. A facility is being set up in Utah by the NSA to monitor everything all the time: James Bamford wrote in Wired magazine that the new facility in Bluffdale, Utah, is being built, where the NSA will look at billions of emails, texts and phone calls. Similar legislation is being pushed forward in the UK.
With that Big Brother eye in place, working alongside these strip-search laws, – between the all-seeing data-mining technology and the terrifying police powers to sexually abuse and humiliate you at will – no one will need a formal coup to have a cowed and compliant citizenry. If you say anything controversial online or on the phone, will you face arrest and sexual humiliation?
Remember, you don’t need to have done anything wrong to be arrested in America any longer. You can be arrested for walking your dog without a leash. The man who was forced to spread his buttocks was stopped for a driving infraction. I was told by an NYPD sergeant that “safety” issues allow the NYPD to make arrests at will. So nothing prevents thousands of Occupy protesters – if there will be any left after these laws start to bite – from being rounded up and stripped naked under intimidating conditions.
Why is this happening? I used to think the push was just led by those who profited from endless war and surveillance – but now I see the struggle as larger. As one internet advocate said to me: “There is a race against time: they realise the internet is a tool of empowerment that will work against their interests, and they need to race to turn it into a tool of control.”
As Chris Hedges wrote in his riveting account of the NDAA: “There are now 1,271 government agencies and 1,931 private companies that work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the United States, the Washington Post reported in a 2010 series by Dana Priest and William M Arken. There are 854,000 people with top-secret security clearances, the reporters wrote, and in Washington, DC, and the surrounding area 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work are under construction or have been built since September 2011.”
This enormous new sector of the economy has a multi-billion-dollar vested interest in setting up a system to surveil, physically intimidate and prey upon the rest of American society.
Now they can do so by threatening to demean you sexually – a potent tool in the hands of any bully.

Reminds me of the film "Eyes wide shut" when that devilish man told Tom Cruise to remove his clothes when he was found out. Yeah i can see the psychology behind it. SICK!
Yep, we are in hard times. : /
And for reasons like this I don't ever fly…..
Making you publicly remove your clothing forces you into the ultimate vulnerability. Your last shred of defense is taken from you as every bit of your physical being becomes available for abuse.
*puke* that it, I'm not flying in to America again….
Be glad you are not American like me, Muffin!
As soon as you enter an American Airport its like going back to your childhood and playing a big game of 'Simon Says'.
Simon says : spread those cheeks!
Simon says : take off that bra!
Simons says : Get in that body scanner!
Simon says : What constitutional rights?
but in this game if you don't do as 'Simon Says' .. you don't just eliminated, you might wake up hogtied hanging upside down in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with the so called '9/11 masterminds' in the cell next to you!
Then why don't you move?
Not flying in to America wont stop this from happening to you. The American president claims the right to invade any country anywhere or arrest anybody anytime. You have less rights as a non-US citizen, you are more likely to be killed by a drone or undercover operation than if you are an Us citizen. And if the US military is in your country, you are more likely to be searched at gun point, have your house blown up by mistake etc.
Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard…….9/11 anyone?
Basic facts in this article are wrong. (Justice Kennedy referred to the bomber of the Oklahoma City Federal Building, not the towers). Please take this into consideration are you read and form your own opinions.
Also, to clear up questions I found in the comments: children are NOT subject to the same TSA screenings as adults, TSA agents are NOT obligated to "grope your genitals during a pat-down, and the pat-down is not aggressive (I fly in America at least twice weekly).
Furthermore, tickets are written for minor offenses such as walk your dog without a lease (which is a law to protect others from your pet).
Unfortunately, while children may not be "required" to go through something as demeaning as adults, it sure seems to happen more often than not that they are groped.
Regardless of the semantic arguments employed to defend these egregious attacks on personal safety by Justice Kennedy, the fact remains that employees of the U.S. government are given the green light to cross the line in application of their duties; "What line?" one may ask.
Proactive law enforcement IS tyranny, and that is what we are witnessing with these aggressive searches. I do NOT consent to having my genitals touched, with any part of the hand (i.e., sensitive areas), by anybody other than who I choose to do so. I am forced to abide this horrendous act because I must fly to see doctors, work, etc.
It is servile excuses like your comment that makes tyranny possible. Give a tyrannical government an inch and they will end up taking your life.
This is disgusting… We're getting deprived of our privacy & rights as human beings more and more. Couldn't civilians report a case against this, like if they feel as though they're being abused by these methods? Actually, forget about that… Pretty sure the answer to my question is no. Stupid American laws…
Our government is so big and sneaky now that most people don't know what's going on, don't care or can't do anything about it.
I was patted down last time I flew in the US and it was absolutely horrific. I wasn't give a choice, I was patted down and touched EVERYWHERE while other people were watching. It was so humiliating, and I was treated like a criminal.
Also the TSA agent had this wand that he swiped over my hands, bag and even face and then went to check. I'm assuming that was to check for explosives maybe, but when I asked what it was for he just looked at me and said nothing.
I'm for one is not flying in the US again.
Face and hands? that sounds like he was searching for a chip inserted in your body or something
I just had the pat-down at the airport. Once while flying from Mexico to Texas, then I received it when I arrived in Atlanta. The officer did the same thing with a wand, but he had a cloth covered in some kind of liquid to check for explosive traces, etc. no chip there.
But in all sincerity, most horrific experience ever. I'd rather have my doctor stick her hand up my butt.
Before I go, i will eat a can of beans. So when they check the trunk….KABLAM.
This doesn't just happen in the US. I experience the body-gropping by female officers at the airport in Japan and Thailand. Whenever I went through the metal detector and the alarm went off because of some coins in my pocket or metal watch that I was wearing, a female airport officer would approach and start to do a 'search' all throughout my body. It feels weird the way their hands would brush against my body and somehow I felt embarassed everytime they do that. It may just be a standard procedure, but I felt somehow violated. Thanks VC for bringing this issue up on your article.
By the way on a different subject, could you do an analysis on the History Channel's hit series 'Ancient Aliens'? I could sense some sinister views put forward, even to challenge the issue on monotheist religions. Oh, and coincidentally, the series is produced by a company called 'Promotheus Entertainment'!
Chris White is working on film critiquing "Ancient Aliens"
http://conspiracyclothes.com/
I like his podcasts & videos a lot.
You can add Seoul, Korea to that list. I was given the all-inclusive pat down while in transit to Hong Kong.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw that just recently!!!! A lot of things on the history channel are being brought to you by "promethius entertainment" WTF is up with that? And why the hell is this polytheistic god's name being put on everything I see now. I did read what Vigilant said about the 2012 Olympics and the torch run and what that signifies, but i need more info on it.
Don't voluntarily degrade yourself by choosing to dress semi-naked in public…ah, looks like it's too late for that now…
Are you muslim? Do you think women should wear burkhas?
It's getting to the point where I feel like iam gonna have to ARM myself and go out firing I refuse to be degraded. I am an African American and I have been racially profiled and arrested for my skin color and embarrassed and told I was a criminal for looking like a criminal who robs. Neglecting the fact that I a white t shirt basketball shorts and tennis shoes with an over the shoulder back pack with my Spanish and journalism book inside I promise it won't happen again it was the worst feeling ever. Fortunately, I haven't flown on a plane after 9/11 and now I don't know if I want to. Thanks vc I am falling in love with this website day by day. And also ppl download the e books, they are free, informative, and awesome.
Thank the lord I don't live in the US. Here in SA even if the alarm goes off while walking through the detector, security doesn't even bother!
Hahhaha aaawww fellow South African that's if they are not on strike or have stolen the alarm lmfao!!
Gotta looooove SA
Thank The Lord I don't live in the U.S. or SA.
i love to see how they put all they're problems blaming therorist and all the things and sick that ARENT good like here strip searching whats next they gona ask you to go completely naked untill we burn your clothes and ask you to leave naked?
well they are doing it slowly taking away theyre freedom and people get used to it and they keep going until there is nothing left of your so called freedom
but what are we supposed to do? we just watch but dont do such things never should have existed………but were going on the rails and our heads are on the rails and NWO is the train
choo choo
I wish we could all put an end to all this.
I wish we could make everybody in the whole universe aware of this.
I wish we could save humanity.
I wish there was peace and harmony.
These are all wishes; wishes that will never be a reality. We might all know about this, but at the end of the day, can we do anything to stop it?
No.
I wish you all well, for I will not be returning to this site again. Reading articles like this just makes me feel more and more saddened at the fact that I am powerless.
Thanks VC for informing me. I have been reading your articles since I was 13 and they are great. Keep the good work going!
Keep your faith strong people for God is GREAT!
God bless and I wish you all well. x
Dreamer,
you may never read this… but if you do, i want to remind you that you are not powerless!
none of us is powerless.
dreamers are needed more than ever. human civilization exists because enough humans dreamed it into existence, so…. what happens when enough of us dreamers hold steady and firm to the vision we want for our species, and our planet?
at first, the truth hurts like hell- its painful, but part of that truth is that anything is possible.
never give up.
life is full of surprises!
much love to all you out there in VC land!
twin star
The very moment when a human loses it's pride as a human and sees herself as an animal is the same time she will be treated like one without resisting.
The Elite are already treating us like ants that is struggling in the dirt they have created for us, by us. This sexual humiliation agenda is part of their NWO (obviously) and will also in the future make this a normal trend. Not only in airports (which unfortunately already is accepted) but the fact that they will make the people look down upon ourselves and others.
Make us realize that we are a "weak" race but thanks to technology and science can we make the human race something more… than human.
They seek immortality through technology (or atleast live aslong as possible, healthy as possible)
We will get Chipped.
@Indonesian – History channel is owned by:
A&E Television Networks
Disney-ABC Television Group (42.5%)
Hearst Media (42.5%)
NBCUniversal (15%)
As you can see, the big corporations like Disney owns the channel.
They are a part of the game, they know what they want to "teach" or to want to hide through "facts".
Whats wrong with seeking immortality?
Are you suggesting that we don't improve medicine and wait for Jesus to come back?
He isn't. Wake up.
@Rain: actually u r the one who needs to wake up
Do you really think the masses would get the technology in order to become immortal?
Of course not.
A picture speaks a thousand words
Just look at how the TSA agent is grabbing that man
I wouldn't really care if they touched me like that. But if they touched my little kids like that?
Oh my gods do they do this to children or just adults? D:
Yes m'am or sir, they do search children as well.
I know that the entire world is cast in the same…urr bucket of crap so to speak..but that just sickens met to near utter extinction. Don't we have enough peadophiles sponsored by Walt Disney and Hollywood? In the name of security?
America I am afraid to say……has gone to hell.
Geezz and I thought SA was bad.
I've been waiting for an article here on this subject for some time now. Now I'm not surprised that the fashion for wearing as little as possible which started in the late 90's was probably engineered by the powers-that-be rather than the whims of the fashion industry probably looking to save money on fabric. When girls and women are going out for a night on the town wearing a skimpy dress and no jacket or coat that means they have no pockets to put money into and need to carry a handbag (increases sales of handbags) and then they get laughed at for dancing around their handbags in the mass media. This means that they leave them tucked under chairs when they hit the dance floor and they get stolen. Since everybody in a group of friends usually likes the same song none of them will want to sit the dance out to look after the handbags. Next step having a chip inserted under their skin so they don't need money. It's been planned that way for a reason. I can't see why night clubs don't have lockers for putting coats and valuables in with locker keys that can get pinned to clothes as there are in sports centres. If a clubber wants a drink they only have to go to their locker to get some money out.
Well you can shove the money in your bra.
Some of these girls aren't wearing bras and you can only shove notes not coins in your bra.
The 'Ancient Aliens' myth is put about to discredit human achievement in centuries gone by so as to give us the idea that humans can only achieve due to technology, education and supposed human evolution.
"The ‘Ancient Aliens’ myth is put about to discredit human achievement in centuries gone by so as to give us the idea that humans can only achieve due to technology, education and supposed human evolution."
Ummm, technology, evolution, and especially education ARE the only ways we can achieve anything new… If we didn't learn or evolve or create we wouldn't even be using sticks to get bugs to eat yet. We would be less advanced than most primates if we didn't evolve and learn.
I've never seen the show but I'm guessing it's probably talking about things like the pyramids which literally only could have been achieved through technology, education, and human evolution.
Also, "supposed human evolution"… wtf? You think humans didn't/don't evolve? We see human evolution on a daily basis, through random genetic mutations, nothing out of the ordinary, there are mutations occurring in pretty much everyone's body at some point, it's very common actually, just usually not even noticable. We wouldn't be the way we are now without evolution.
You might be right about aliens being a "myth". However, the ancient humans lifted stones weighing up to 1200 TONS. We can't do that today. I guess that is because de-evolution is going on.
Yes…it's called physics.
There's reason to believe that bio-active chemicals can cause evolution. Studies in nutrition show that certain foods can "turn on" and "turn off" genes in our cells. The whole foods we eat can enhance our bodies while the poisons we eat can degenerate them. (See the VC's article about corn syrup. Also, a good read is Ultrametabolism by Dr. Mark Hyman or the film Forks Over Knives.)
It can't be technology alone which creates change, but cognition and possibly the use of psycho-active chemicals to help organisms to problem solve and thus create technology. (See Jeremy Narby's written works on Shamanistic studies). And we must remember that technology can be simple in that it even encompasses the use of tools like rocks and limbs of trees to enhance leverage, torque and rolling movements (even animals use cognition and tools for purposes of food gathering). Pyramids are no wonder if you consider what an ancient crane must have looked like, a giant tool made of natural materials moved by enslaved-man-power. The truth behind that power was enslaved masses. I believe that still is the truth, for many of us who are enslaved and not saved.
Meena – I read Mark Hyman's book Ultrametabolism. Excellent book. Don't eat anything your grandma wouldn't recognize.
Area 33? I wonder how many areas there are…
I always noticed that anyone can be arrested for anything. Being arrested for jaywalking is really idiotic. Not only is America moving towards a police state; so is the entire world. Yup, one giant police world. How lovely…
P.S. If they can "search" anyone because EVERYONE can be a terrorist trying to bomb America's landmarks; when they search children–shouldn't that be considered child molestation or something?
Sees herself as an animal?
Being treated like one and see yourself as is a total different thing.
how dare you?
and not resisting??
Tell me how to resist when ive been on 50 different computers and they hack them all in minutes.
What the heck do i do when they delete what i have to say and make it look like im idiot.
they follow me as i step out of my door. they even know where im going before i reach there!
This cruelty is worst than slavery.
The day you walk in myshoes is the day you can judge!
I am a strong woman.
many in my shoes has commited suicide.
I am innocent and i will leave this country a free woman.
..wait what? I don't get it? Explain??
Its on, the time to fight back is today. today is the day, we need to say back the bleep off and when you hear someone next to you struggling we need to back them. Start with humiliating those that work for them. Feeding your family is no longer an excuse to be aligned with the NWO.
Well this is nothing new… But "and HR 347, the “trespass bill”, which gives you a 10-year sentence for protesting anywhere near someone with secret service protection" is new to me!!
Man they're sneaky. Had no idea about this bill, perhaps I missed it but never noticed an article even on the freethinking sites.
They probebly passes that law during whitney hustons death or some other media saga
Urgh. That's disgusting.
But, it's just a ploy to degrade us, and make us feel like a lower life-form. Smart move.
Couldn't this be called molesting? Well, no one is financially secure enough to go up against this. That's why the government is so smart. They know no one can do a thing.
Sick.
A few years back in a small town in Texas I got tickets for expired tags and decided to sit them out. I turned myself in. Was photographed, fingerprinted and taken to a room with a female officer. I was told to strip naked. Spread my butt cheeks and jump up and down. They kept me for 2 days. I was not aloud to shower. I had on a jumpsuit that was given to me when I came in (they took all my clothing) that forces u to completly expose yourself (on camera infront of a group of policemen no less) every time you have to go to the bathroom. It was one of the most degrading things I've ever experienced.
@chilli
Spread your but cheeks?
you should have been happy to stuck out your but in her face.
And top it off with a FART too.
To be honest, acting arrogant and showing contempt, as if they are dirt and disgusting, does help. Whenever that happened to me, I always act that way, and somehow the officers become uncomfortable and did it much more quickly than on others. And at times, they would hesitate to touch me and instead asked me to step back, take out everything from my pocket and put those through the bag scanner, and I have to step through the metal scanner again.
I suppose, the more you show discomfort and embarrassment, the more they are encouraged and bold. On the other hand, the more you show that you just couldn't care less, that it's as if they are rodents to you, the more they are forced to act more… sensible.
It might not work for everyone though, but who knows? They are still people, still hurt and bleed as we all do. They want to subdue us psychologically, we fight back by hurting their psychology too.
I agree with you. While I've never had this happen in an airport or anything.. I can say that anytime I've been pissed off at people in authority for good reason (policemen, doctors), and acted big and tough and rough towards them, they have backed off. I'm not talking about being physical with them, but showing them- I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE YOUR CRAP. I would raise a FIT if someone tried to grope me, or especially- my children. That is NOT going to fly with me. Don't be cowardly people, be courageous!
I have to agree with you! I have been in the same situation!
I will never ever fly on a plane. I don't want radation from scanners or a pat-down.
The goverment is just taking us all for a big old ride and I don't wanna take it and I'm not.
Its not right to assume that just anybody is evil out to get americans etc.
I bet you politicans,rich-powerful people and entertainers don't have a tsa-perv. patting them down.
Many who have had a tramatic abused childhood feel as though the abuse is happening all over
again. Thus creating a tramatic feeling and reoccurance of their past come back to haunt them.
Ever since 9-11 the lie of the century our world has been changing rapidly. I don't know how a tsa agent can live with themselves groping and patting hundreds of people. We have lost control as a society and let the goverment take over our lives. Its as if they act like they own us. Creepy perv's working for the airlines. What they don't even trust their own people? Its the gov.' that I don't trust.
"Many who have had a tramatic abused childhood feel as though the abuse is happening all over
again. Thus creating a tramatic feeling and reoccurance of their past come back to haunt them."
Yes. I will not fly for this reason.
People can continue to sleep if they want to, but the state of emergency is here. I think they do all these things not solely for psychological reasons. I think they do it out of fear. They are afraid of their subjects. Sometimes we talk about these dark forces like they are all powerful. They are not. I don't see us wresting power from them with armed resistance. It's not because we are so big and bad. It's because of God. They are hooked to the teat of imaginary moneyThey should be afraid. "Time's up… . Their time's limited" (Slick Rick). On a personal note, I look forward to leaving here and never coming back:)
ME TOOOOO!!!! They can have this world and aaaaalllllllll the money they can print
Take me home sweet Holy Lord Jesus!!! Take me home!!!
We are just getting closer and closer..
I am starting to wonder if anyone is watching my visits to vigilantcitizen.com, oh wait, google.
May God help us all and save us from upcoming corruption and evil.
I think that's the point… they don't want us traveling, leaving, exploring, and seeing things for our selves. They don't want us thinking for ourselves. They want us pent up in our homes like good American citizens, fearful of every thing. Why do you think it's so expensive to travel? It's so we can't leave!
If I were American I'd find a way out of America, no matter what….
Soon you won't be able to leave……at all.
Uhm…it's not that expensive. Depends on where you go. A ticket out of the states can be as little as $500-$600 during the off season…I know it's like that in Canada and it'll take you down to the Caribbean. Tropical paradise weather!
1. We can
2. We are
3. We will
4. There is.
Some will lie down and pull the Earth over their heads when things get too much.
Plenty of others will live to see a far better world!
we are in the times when people wish that they were dead!!
Just like people thought they were in the 1500's and every century before and after that.
I wish I had the time right now to express how ridiculous all of this is. We need to live a life of indifference. We need to do as we discuss & demand change. It is truly commendable how much work VC puts into informing us, but knowledge is not for entertainment. It is for the enrichment of our lives. Please heed this message, regardless of race, creed, politics. Use what you learn.
All this trickled down from a 9/11 terrorist attack that was done by psychopathic American elites and it will continue to get worse all for the sake of our safety….I Fear the ties not the turbans.
the guardian wrote this? wow.i'd say that at least…urgh i can't say it.there really is no at least.so is this subtle form of rape and violation urgh!going to be worldwide soon?gosh!is this what your great country has devolved to? a public that is controlled to the point of:anyone can be arrested anytime if we want them arrested.i don't mean to offend anyone but it looks like the people making your laws are all dumb old jackasses that are drunk with power(anyone can be stripped searched!it's like you're building a heaven for perverts, exhibitionists and sexual deviants!)oh and you can't really protest against any of this cause- there just might be a secret service whatever conveniently standing next to you.thank God i don't live there!i have one question for any true american that believes in the first amendment and all those other things that your country was built to stand for (not the occultic part) will you just sit there and watch your nation get destroyed by devil worshiping perverts,or will you stand and do something about this (in a civilized way).can't all of you sign a petition to stop this?YOU GUYS ARE OUR ONLY HOPE!IF YOU DO NOTHING,THE WHOLE WORLD IS SCREWED!PLEASE START ACTING TODAY, THE POWER IS IN YOUR HANDS! or else, next time you and your eight year old daughter decide to fly anyone, the big security will be waiting…with an evil smile for both of you(he'll show extra teeth if he happens to be a pedophile).
Some great comments in response to the original article on the Guardian website: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/cifameric….
There was a comment suggesting that universal screening of all women for cervical cancer whether at risk or not is a kind of predictive programming for this.
I hate America, I really do hate what this f**king country has become
I wish I could movie somewhere else before it's too late
I was arrested in 1984 in NYC when a group of friends and myself sought to take a shortcut through train tracks. Otherwise we were not doing anything but walking home. We were taking an obvious trail and did not realize we were 'trespassing' as there weren't any 'no trespassing' signs. We looked a little subversive (punk rock haircuts and clothes) and this is my guess as to why we were targeted. Once at the station, I was strip searched by a female officer. WHY? Because they could that's why. I was barely 18. Let me suggest something. Do not cower down if you find yourself in such a situation. I resented what was happening and saw right through the tactic. I used reverse psychology. Rather than giving them the satisfaction of humiliating me, I stated to the officer doing the 'search' just before she was going to do a cavity search, "Oh baby, I have been needing something like this all day! C'mon give it to me!" and let me tell you, the guard freaked!! She backed out of that room so fast! I know that this would be hard for many people, but we cannot allow these people this kind of power over us!! Throw it right back at em! This article is spot on, shame and humiliation IS used to manipulate! But remember- YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF!!! They do not deserve the satisfaction!! Act like you are enjoying it and they will be the ones who are uncomfortable! TRUST ME ON THIS!!!
Yep! Reverse psychology. And LOOOOOL I like what you said to her. Bwahahaha
I had a similar thing happen in Singapore airport, and she kept running her hands over my thighs – I was wearing skin tight leggings – obviously hiding nothing underneath it. I hated being touched all over and its pretty obvious I wasn't a terrorist!
and someone else I know kept being told to take off her "jacket" when it wasn't a jacket, it was a dress! and eventually she had to and was standing in the airport in her underwear while all these guys behind her were laughing at her.
It's so aweful.
'Many people believe themselves to be masters or servants if you convince them; you are their master. What does that leave them?'
1). The TSA is Transportation Security Agency when you come to the US; TSA is increasingly expanding to waterways, rail, bus stops, and a few VIPR or highways. TSA is also expanding, so it'll eventually be posted along travel routes until it's either disbanded or no longer needed, which isn't likely.
2). Sexual Humilation is only part of the psychology. The flip side of the coin is also over-sexualization that makes sexual humilation more acceptable to the populace at large by the eroded moral. This is a similar theme to the desensitization and over-sensitization towards violence. Desensitized people are more likely to sign up while over-sensitized people are less likely to risk violence even in self-defense and submit. The principle point is to dually force people who do not condone the action to submit to avoid being targeted and comply while others accept the procedure/policy.
By past precedent and seeming path trajectory, the sad part is that this is only the tip of the ice berg. Property Rights are already for the most part shattered, and most people overlook their very first property. Your own body; it's yours. In Nazi Germany, Eugenics was very open and rampant as well as in the US in lieu to articles particularly of moral ethics towards abortion and euthanasia; it's returning to the open. The reasons the elderly is target is to cause psychological harm to the elderly into opting for euthanasia aka "How to Die in Oregon" as well as prepares the populace to accept not providing aid through governmental safeguards to allow them to die. Nazi Germany did this to disabled and etc; it seems to be on the verge of total rebound in the US with many of the boomer generation about to get backstabbed by the political and financial classes (the other term since this era increased centralization and interconnectedness globalization and deference to governmental decisions would be useful idiots). In the USSR, the populace didn't possesses property rights. It seems the next phase is about to begin within USSR's past precedent:
"There’s the sexual abuse of prisoners at Bagram – der Spiegel reports that “former inmates report incidents of … various forms of sexual humiliation. In some cases, an interrogator would place his penis along the face of the detainee while he was being questioned. Other inmates were raped with sticks or threatened with anal sex”."
The USSR government agent could advocate governmental capital/resource into a room where sexual humilation is no longer the goal; the goal simply dependent on terrorization and/or exploitation. It's not unheard of to include systematic sexual assault. The next phase tends to be terrorization to pick up where humilation failed. According to sustainable development and Agenda 21, it openly discusses human capital and human resources.
Additionally, women are already being increasingly mistreated from hair pulling during arrests to being stripped in front of male officers. The fact of the matter is that the trend trajectory is getting worse and will likely continue
The worst thing is that there would not be any NWO agenda if there would not be people who blindly do their orders – "I'm just doing my job" attitude is a little brick of a wall built by all brainwashed people to limit our freedom…
Educate your friends – don't scare them, but give them a choice – not everyone who knows will follow the right direction and that's very sad that some day you might fight against your best friends who didn't accept the truth…
It's better to die as a free man than live like a slave – remember every regim in our history was abolished sooner or later
I'm gonna feel offended if they ever touch my penis while it's hard. Or when it's not.
Isn't it past time that people began to realize the united states is NOT a free country – and hasn't been for a long long time now? Endless spying. secret "evidence". Secret trials and secret police. These are not the hallmarks of a free and open society. indeed, these are the very things we used to righteously shred the old USSR for doing. Even the excuses are the same – protecting the worker's state er I mean national security. saving us all from counter-revolutionary wreckers er I mean terrorists. Bottom line: there will always be bs excuses for tyranny that suckers will go along with. but in the end that's all they are – excuses. not valid reasons.
Saddest part of all this is that no one – and I mean NO ONE – seems to be willing to fight back. all this guns, all those people blathering about their "right to bear arms" and yet none of it has prevented America from descending into a police state. i bet when big dark finally comes the right to bear arms will remain intact – after all what good are they if everyone is too gutless to use them?
never thought I'd see you choose safety over liberty, america. Guess you're dumber than I thought but oh well. There are other countries to live in.
It's a sick world where just sitting in the park watching children play is likely to get you arrested by the authorities as a suspected paedophile, whilst others by virtue of the fact that they are wearing a uniform, are allowed to fondle both adults and children with impunity.
Surely most right minded adults would baulk at the idea of touching up other people or their children. I for one am very suspicious of the motives of anyone seeking to join such an organisation but as history teaches us, there are always a certain number of people willing to fall in with the ideology of a corrupt authoritarian regime in order to indulge their own perversions and obtain the power (under the guise of 'merely following orders) to do so.
WOW! I dont even want to begin to try and comprehend the mental state and stability of the people who are doing these searches….
As sad as it sounds, we are slowly and surely slipping into a totalitarian state.
What am i saying, we are there' they just making it fully legal!
The Canada of Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Conservative government is a perfect example of an emerging Orwellian state. Harper is in the process of creating oppressive and vindictive laws that will create the perfect surveillance state. A few weeks ago, they passed a universally-condemned new crime law, deceptively christened “Safe Streets and Communities Act”. Harper, determined to shake up Canadian society and impose an oppressive petro-state and vindictive rightwing worldview, used his acquiescing majorities in the House of Commons and Senate to pass the law.
I’m an activist and blogger and am carrying out my peaceful protest here in Ottawa. I started my hunger strike on March 14 and will continue the peaceful act of civil disobedience until all my five demands are met. The demands include the immediate repeal of the backward-looking law, and the resignation of a newly appointed Senator. The Senator was in charge of the Ottawa police last November when they hurt me as I peacefully and passively resisted Occupy Ottawa’s eviction from Confederation Park. As a result of the back injury, I’ve recently been certified medically unemployable.
My YouTube video has more details about the hunger strike. It can be viewed here: http://youtu.be/V-mcaeD16ro.
I've also written to every Canadian MP and Senator, and am now waiting for the official response from the Prime Minister and Parliament of Canada. I published this letter on my personal blog, http://www.canadianprogressiveworld.com, which I also update with journal entries and relevant information.
The law will violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, particularly: the right to equal protection before the law; the right to be protected from cruel and unusual punishment; the right to liberty; and the rights of Canadians convicted overseas. The Safe Streets and Communities Act will divide Canadian society and erode the following Canadian values: compassion, respect for fundamental rights and the rule of law, inclusion, diversity, fairness and democratic governance.
The law will weaken and undermine the Canadian judiciary. Changes to the youth criminal justice system will impose stiffer and longer sentences on young and first time offenders, and turn them into hardened criminals, instead of rehabilitating and reintegrating them into society.
There’s an implicit yet undeniable racism embedded in the law. The majority of those who will face tougher sentences, extended periods in custody before trial, and extended ineligibility for parole especially due to drug offences are blacks and Aboriginals, who are already oversubscribed in the jail population.
The Safe Streets and Communities Act will cost Canadian provinces and taxpayers at least $19 billion to implement. It will impose a huge financial burden on future generations.
The backward-looking law will create a prison industrial complex in Canada. It will introduce the so-called “war on drugs”, which has devastated the US and Mexico. Indeed, the GEO Group Inc., a major player in the private correctional services in the US, UK, Australia and South Africa, lobbied for the new law. The company has profited from 9/11, the economic meltdown and recent anti-immigrant crackdowns. It has profited from privatized corrections and detention operations in Australia, UK and South Africa, where it is also connected with the African country’s unveiling massive prison privatization efforts. In Glasgow, Scotland, the company is involved in an Immigration Removal Center. In the late 1990s, GEO was involved with Australia’s notorious Woomera Immigration Detention Center, once described by UN officials as a “great human tragedy” and likened to a “Nazi concentration camp”.
Through the hunger strike, I hope to I motivate all Canadians to defy, by any peaceful and democratic means necessary, our elected dictator, Stephen Harper, and the Safe Streets and Communities Act.
Now is the time to build a society that nurtures hope instead of extinguishing it. It’s a moment to remind ourselves that an injustice visited upon a single Canadian or community is an injustice visited upon all of us. We must insist on a united and caring Canada that encourages all to set aside differences and prescribed labels. We must come together to create a society based on these core values: compassion, understanding, inclusion, diversity, fairness, accommodation of difference, democratic governance, respect for fundamental rights and the rule of law.
Therein lies our collective security, not in the Safe Streets and Communities Act.

Fly >>> naked.
again, i ask all those who see this to find and read a copy of the book:
THE NAZI DOCTORS
by Robert J Lifton
it shows the breakdown of civility and humanity in the minds of those charged to PRESERVE life…
how much more easily the emotional blunting can be created in those who are assigned to control those they believe to be "bad?"
I saw this:
http://www.damnlol.com/israeli-does-it-right-1719…
If it is a real thing, I think airports should just acquire that instead of employing TSA-like agents and implement such policies. And throw away all those x-ray machines.
it reminds me of the frog in the boiling water truth:
you place a frog in a pot of boiling water and it will jump right out,
now place it in the same pot with room temperature water then slowly turn the heat up the frog will boil to death. It does not sense the miniscule added heated pressure so it does not move but rahter dies as the water heats up until it boils.
We as Americans are such frog in the pot with room temperature water..slowly being boiled to death..
Although death seems imminent our Lord Jesus died for such cause!
He laid on that cross and bled not only for our sin but for us to be rightfully called children of God!
As His children we are heirs to His Kingdon therefore have the authority as Jesus did when He walked this earth!
But we must rise as sons and daughters of the true living God now!
"My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge"
Hosea 4:6
Does anyone else remember that little cartoon that would come on on Saturday mornings with the little "bill" dancing around outside the White House…telling us how it got passed? I'd love to see the re-mix on that. It definately wouldn't be in daylight.
Re: the cartoon with the bill dancing around the White House
I think you are probably recalling Schoolhouse Rock's "Just a Bill" number where the bill talks about being on Capitol Hill. If you can't find it on YouTube, it's probably something you could find at a library. Of course, if the number were updated for today, someone would have to show Congress being cowardly and always letting the President keep the military in "engagements" because declaring war would cause too much political backlash.
This happened in Dearborn a few weeks ago.
The police stopped a young black man, and had him bend over butt naked in front of a glass window. He was exposed to a room full of people, who were having a prayer meeting.
This is a place where they pray against the history of racism in Dearborn all the time. Boom, there it was.
The humiliation that these agents of Darkness will undergo themselves on Judgement Day will be just the beginning of their punishment.
So then,
It is like this now right? Remove or face the consequences.
Just doesn't get anymore "Iluminating" than this since the govt is definitely taking control and domination of people and their private lives to a whole another level by "stripping them of their dignity as the article says.
Definitely a dark method of enforcing authority over the people without them having a stand against this kind of rule which has to do with searching you out through sexual humiliation.
Might even go as far as raping them but I'm not too sure since thats whats going down at Guantanamo accord to what "Harold and Kumar" just saw for themselves.
This is definitely diabolical
It seems to me it should be a state or local issue to decide which offenses police should have the right or suspicion to strip search a person for. This would seem to fall under amendments 10, rights of the states and the people not outlined in the constitution which then do NOT directly imply national authority and amendment 4, protection from unreasonable search and seizure.
Just disgraceful that they'd rule with so little judgment.
Went to jail for DUI they strip-searched me, I joined the military they did the same. Going through Airports and getting strip-searched that’s new . . .
I agree but I will tell you as a veteran when it came time to take a urinalysis I had one Sergeant actually look down as I began to relieve myself, while squatting I clenched my fist. After that incident and a few others they left me alone.
"I just need ta check ya asshole, sir."
Goes to show that the whole TERRORIST idea, 9/11 saga and all terrorist organisation, their mode of operandi is the ELITE's idea from the start, make masses believe there are people who wants to destroy the world by reigning terror and the elite providing 'help' and passing out laws that violate human rightsthey want to make america and the rest of the world a police state. We masses are tricked to believe govt is always there for us. So so sad. The light at the end of the tunnel is glowing.
This is the main reason I am hestitant to fly because you have to get felt up by some butch a@@ TSA agent just for the priviledge of getting on plane. The fact that the person is same sex doesn't mean there is no sexual humiliation involved. Parents don't even get to do that to their own kids, but you have allow some stranger to touch you in a way no one should be touched without their consent. When it's happened I always feel violated and p'd off because you can't say anything…you just have to take it. How disappointing it is for the Supreme Court to rule that this treatment can be suffered by anyone, any time for any reason. The prevailing attitude among most is you have to break the law. WRONG!! People are so deep into bullsh*t fun & games to realize, most if not all of their rights are gone or on their way out! And they will wake up when it's too late to do anything about it!
You touch my traalala
m jus speechless!!
Sex magic is how the elite maintain control and keep the world away from the true god. Right now there are probably thousands of elite orgies going on right now and millions of loner worker drones masturbating to disgusting things online. Imagine the power in all that sexual energy. Ever since I started reading the bible and stopped masturbating it seems the demons around me have been working very hard to get me to go gay as a punishment for not giving them my seed anymore. One of them just hit me on the side of the head and it seems that feeling in my throat is… I don't want to talk about it. I'm pretty sure I never want to go to San Francisco now because it would just get worse. I feel as if my soul is beyond saving, but hopefully some of you good Christians out there will learn from me and see the truth, that "liberal" America truly is satanic and god doesn't hate fags, he hates the people who turned them into fags.
If you want to really know the truth, stop sleeping. If you really have god on your side and have a good energy you don't need it.

here's a song with a lot of truth in it.
"On April 2nd, the US Supreme Court ruled that jails do not violate privacy rights by routinely strip-searching everyone" – of course they did, we couldn't expect anything less from these cretins could we. It's the people doing the job that really gets me, they're either not very nice people or are desperate for money (which is still no excuse considering what they are helping to usher in)
look at the website of this place and look at all the pictures! they use alice in wonderland programming, theres like 20 weird themed rooms with just a dining table in it, why do they have all this? large bugs bunny and daffy duck statues in psychedelic suits. a disney themed room. this is just sick and the picture with the electroshock holster brought tears to my eyes. i cant beleive this is going on.
oops i meant to leave a comment on "Massachusetts “Educational Center” Uses Violent Electroshock on Teenager" wow im a dink.
We have become a sick society. We allow to be pushed, provoked and intimidated by the Government, who is in control of all this garbage. Remember we will all be accountable for our actions or non actions when the end is upon us I can tell you it is not to far in the future. We need to be heard this type of humility etc is horrible and needs to be stopped.
I am sorry, i like alot of the articles on this website, however i fail to see what the big deal is with pat downs and strip searches are? I fly all over the world and I have to go through body scanners and endure pat downs all the time on US soil, occasionally i am asked to take my shoes and socks off. To me the most irritating thing is having to wait in long line, which is rarely a factor when traveling by yourself. I really don't see why people are upset about having to go through a body scanner, it's not like the pictures are full nudes and pat downs aren't that bad they scan pass their hands over you you can make inappropriate noises and you are done. Girls wear a bra when going to the airport. What i don't agree with is Children being patted down which is inappropriate to me. Women need to pay attention and raise concern if they feel like they are being felt up on the scene. Thats just my opinion but what do i know i come from a Third World country
This Violates Human Rights and Dignity it is Totalitarianism
Set of Good Questions will be to Ask Candidates where they
Stand upon the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 and also upon Outrages like Degrading

For a time I held a part time job doing concert security. I didn't know much about this kind of stuff back then and I didn't think much about it. I figured it was a way to get paid to attend concerts, so long as I looked alert and was willing to break up the odd fight that popped up here or there.
But I'll never forget when the security company got a contract for the 2010 Winter Olympics. It was a much bigger operation and the company used many tactics I hadn't seen before. There was this one guy who was contracted by the company who was in charge of threat assessment. No one seemed to know anything about him except that "he was FBI." On one occasion a fellow was getting kicked off the grounds for smoking weed. He wasn't putting up a fight, but wasn't making it easy. With a guard on either side of him grabbing each arm, trying to escort him out, he was saying things like, "I know my rights." The threat assassment guy who was in plain clothes walked straight up to him, grabbed his wind pipe, looked into his eyes and said, "no you don't." Then let go. It was a really unsettling moment and the guy was so scared he passively left the grounds after that without hesitation.
What shocked me most about witnessing the whole encounter was the utter confidence that he grabbed the other guy's throat with (and just over something minor). It wasn't like he had accidentally messed up and over reacted, rather it was refined enough that it seemed like he was acting out of what he had been deliberately trained to do. It was obvious to me that he was a guy that, for whatever reason by the powers that be, was held to a completely different standard than the rest of us.
The remainder of the time that I worked on that site, I would try to find excuses to make small talk with him to try to study him. He was lively and incredibly subtle. He could smile, be polite and friendly, but in his eyes there was this absolute coldness. In other work environments I've been around a few individuals who spent portions of their life in prison and have admitted to me they've taken life and killed others. I never had trouble finding humanity in their eyes. But I'm telling you, this threat assessment guy was something different. His eyes said "murder." To what extent he is guilty of anything, isn't my place to judge. But when I used to make small talk with him and catch his glance, I knew his eyes were privy to an entirely different world that I didn't want to be a part of.
