A friend of mine and I are making the switch to natural foods next month, and he has asked me to help him research what foods we should be eating at first in order to get rid of the junk that's accumulated in our bodies. The thing that comes to mind for me are to drink plenty of water (which I already do), we are wondering what foods we should be eating initially to help push all of the toxins out of our bodies. This will also be paired with working out regularly. He only weighs 137 lbs, and wants to add about 30 lbs, and I'm already happy with my appearance, so I'll likely just follow the same regimen as him. What say you VC?
