A nice video encapsulating the idea of 'know thyself' and self-work that I came across a while ago. I don't necessarily agree with all of what is shared, but the core essence of the message is sound (Imo):

'Know Thyself' -  First seen written atop the entryway of Delphi thousands of years ago though I'm sure the Egyptians had said something similar in at least one of their temples or sacred scrolls.

How do they get the "m" on the M&M?
