Simple question, simple answer.
You shouldn't judge people.
None of us are fit to judge. All of us are guilty of doing something bad at some point in our lives. None of us are perfect, we are neither qualified or capable of judging anyone else in a perfectly fair and impartial manner. Its not our job anyway.
We still can't help passing judgement on people from time to time, we all do it.

You MUST Judge Everything At Every Turn
It May Not Be My Place To Personally Level Punishment Against Another
But To Not Judge=Mindless Idiot Chaos
Well yes, of course people make judgements about everything all the time. How else would a civilisation say what is good or bad? I was speaking more in terms of judging other people. Take the example of a judge, he is paid to judge people, its his job. If he is a professional he will make his judgement and pass a sentence based on the evidence of the crimes, not how he feels about the criminal as a person.
My advice would be to try and hate what people do, not the people themselves.

Sorry buddy but I just didn't see it that way. My point was you can't judge another human being because you are also a human being and as such, you're likely to be just as screwed up as they are. I thought the OP was asking if we should judge other people and I answered that as honestly as I could, I didn't realise that he was talking about judgment of anything and everything, my bad. I suppose it was written in a rather general sense, looking back.
