Something I've pondered on as well. Though, too much vitamin D:
Quote:Too much vitamin D can cause an abnormally high blood calcium level, which could result in nausea, constipation, confusion, abnormal heart rhythm, and even kidney stones. It's nearly impossible to get too much vitamin D from sunlight or from foods (unless you take way too much cod liver oil).
Too much from supplements, which is often the case when buying supplements (sometimes %2000+ Daily Value in one tablet) can be bad for you.
The sun gives us skin cancer, so what is a healthy amount of sun exposure for our bodies to produce vitamin d?
I have wondered if theyre blocking the suns rays to help us, and this is an unfortunate side affect.
Big pharma must love us struggling to keep our bodies in order. Its hard to find fresh healthy food. What with everything prepackaged and mass produced. And supplements costing up the ass and being cheap of quality and overly potent. Its no surprise everyone's falling apart at the seams, depressed and taking psychotropic drugs.
Most adults in America are on some kind of psych med...Or pain pills... Just to function in the slave system.
