Not exactly. It's a combination of things. You can do all the good deeds in the world but if you're not doing it for the right reasons they mean nothing. Also you can do all the good deeds in the world and have good intentions but if you don't believe in the Oneness of God Almighty, you won't be getting into Paradise.
It is the same thing, I just summed it up without any explanation is all. Means the same thing to me.
It's completely the opposite in Christianity, all your righteous acts are as filthy rags without Jesus Christ, as he is our righteousness.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
Anyways I'm just showing how what we believe is opposite. Our Salvation is based upon grace and not anything we do, but I'm pretty sure you know that.

The contrast and differences between Christianity and Islam are completely opposite to one another. I honestly don't understand how some people have created Chrislam. Very bizarre.
