Recently I have changed my diet to eating way healthier then before but also I started to add a lot of natural and very healthy supplements and vitamins. Thinking like most people that the vitamins and minerals I'm getting from my healthy food just wasn't enough. 2 weeks into it I started to wake up in the middle of the night to a fast heart beat, dehydration and several other symptoms. So of course I jumped online to do some research and to see what could be causing this issue all of sudden. Spoiler alert, it was the large variety of vitamins and supplements I had recently added to my diet. So I made this post just to help everyone to be more aware just in case you weren't!
