I've noticed that everyone here has a "warning level" and a percentage next to it under their posting stats whenever they make a post or start a thread. 

Just curious, but what does that mean and what actions influence that percentage?

I think it's like an infraction meter - if it hits 100, you get an instaban or something.

Warning level % is not a feature that is used here (everybody is at 0%). That information showing in the profile was a small bug. It is fixed now, so thanks for pointing this out!

The fact that you are not aware of something doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
