Collecting rainwater now illegal in many states as Big Government claims ownership over our water

“Many of the freedoms we enjoy here in the U.S. are quickly eroding as the nation transforms from the land of the free into the land of the enslaved, but what I’m about to share with you takes the assault on our freedoms to a whole new level. You may not be aware of this, but many Western states, including Utah, Washington and Colorado, have long outlawed individuals from collecting rainwater on their own properties because, according to officials, that rain belongs to someone else.

As bizarre as it sounds, laws restricting property owners from “diverting” water that falls on their own homes and land have been on the books for quite some time in many Western states. Only recently, as droughts and renewed interest in water conservation methods have become more common, have individuals and business owners started butting heads with law enforcement over the practice of collecting rainwater for personal use.”

  2. haha says:

haha…one day they are gonna say that my children belong to ‘someone else’..

okay…if you guys tell me who are they or who is he or….who is she…………
    i’ll say nothing.
who the hell is that? someone overthere and let it rain?

If you have been issued a birth certificate and it has been signed, you have handed over your children to the corporate gvernment. That includes yourself and anyone else on planet earth who has a birth certificate, they become legal body ententities and are subject to (corporate) law. They relquenish the right to be free people of the land and to use common law, which we are all subject to. It is an elaborate trick by those in charge to control you. So yes, they can take your children, your water, your air, because you have let them do it. Only you were to young to refuse (i.e a baby) or to stop it happening. Are you laughing now?

  3. BigSyd says:

What…are they gonna tell us when and where we can breathe too? That is insane!!

    • SuPeRCrAzYoi says:

Yes. Check out the Antiterrorist on youtube. His videos Global warming pts 1-3 explain a lot. He also has book out that speculates on the commodification of clean air, and that you will need purchase ‘carbon credits’, to stop YOUR polluting breath producing carbon dioxide. A system is already in place with the the big energy firms and will filter down within a decade. Don’t say you were not warned.

Ha ha. They want to own the rain as well? Madness i say. Here in Caribbean we are encouraged to live off the land so that you can get a better appreciation of how important it is to the ecosystem. And the collection of rainfall is a not an uncommon thing in my country. Not because we don’t have pipe borne water but many ppl know of the benefits of drinking the natural water. Just pass it through a water filter and you good to go. Shame on you America. What a sad place to be in now.

Hard to say your stealing rainwater if your 5,000 gallon cistern is hidden underground and you keep your mouth shut.

  7. Arcas says:

    Up next: Air tax!

If you can’t pay, you’ll lose your oxygen luxuries and you will be thrown in prison.

If you don’t die first from lack of oxygen, that is.

Only in America. The land of the free. Well, there is a price to pay for all of this freedom.

“according to officials, that rain belongs to someone els He.”

  9. Juzzie says:

Here in Australia we are encouraged to collect rainwater, in fact new laws meant our house had to have a tank when we built it a few years back!

    • bill says:

it’s encouraged here in the us also. this story conjecturing up some real bull****. never, and i mean never have i ever, ever, ever (repeat that word about a dozen times) seen anyone get into any kind of trouble for gathering rain water.

      • kepha says:

google–is collecting rainwater against the law
then you will see this is not bullshit. Whether you have seen someone or not get into trouble, the fact is they can if big brother wants to pursue and prosecute.

I love this site. Thank you for expanding it, giving us more information. I find myself coming her and sites like this for “real” news.

I’m in the US and for over a year now I’ve wanted to move, the more I read things like this, floride, flu shots etc, In stead of just wanting to move, I’m gonna actually start looking into it now. I know it’s all over but it seems anywhere is better than the US.
